Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Hygiene & Skincare Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Oils, balms, body products or perfumes
• Items not returned in their original condition or packaging

This policy is in place to protect the safety and wellbeing of our customers.


Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier. However, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
